Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Everything in our shop is shipped directly from a US warehouse by the brand or distributor named on its product page, so an order with items from more than one supplier arrives in more than one package, and the box and packing slip can carry the supplier's name. Each supplier's shipping rate is shown at checkout and added into one shipping line. Each package gets a tracking email.

If an item cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will email you before then with a new ship date and the option to cancel that item for a full refund.
