Refund policy

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging. Email hello@gourmetseed.com with your order number, rather than the maker, and we will start it; a prepaid label follows by email, usually within a few business days, showing where to send it. There is no label charge or restocking fee, and items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Refunds go to your original payment method once the return is processed. Terms stated on a product page apply to that product.
