This Yellow Wax pepper is a Chili Pepper and while not the hottest is definitely a medium hot chili pepper. The peppers are yielded in good amounts and resemble a small to medium Jalapeno in size. These can be eaten fresh, dried or canned. This strain is from New Mexico and has good flavor balance for a hot wax pepper. Enjoy. Untreated seed.
