Coriander has an erect stem, 1-2 feet/30-70cm tall, branched at top, with numerous small white flowers in clusters. Tender leaves can be used fresh in salads and in Mexican and Chinese cooking(cilantro), the seeds are most commonly harvested for seasoning everything from wine to sausage to baking(coriander). Although it will provide good leaf (cilantro) production, this variety is selected to quickly shift to strong production of seed (coriander). Untreated seed.
