Reno is an excellent acorn squash. The plants are a compact single stem, yet very productive, making them great for home and market. The fruit are a consistent rich, dark green and 1.25-1.5 lbs in size approximately 5"x4", perfect for a family meal. With a bright golden colored flesh with a sweet and nutty flavor this acorn squash is a safe bet. Untreated seed.
