A succulent and tender variety of Oriental Mustard Spinach whose leaves become hotter to the taste as the plants mature and flower. Actually related to cabbages and broccoli (rather than a true spinach), it is used in the same way as spinach or pak choi. Hardy annual. Untreated seed.
