This is an Italian strain of White Bush Scallop with an off-white immature squash that one eats identically to any other scallop squash. Slightly flatter than the American versions as far as we have seen. Produces good yields of white flattened scalloped fruit. It is easy to grow and rarely bothered by insects. Creamy texture and very flavorful. Bush habit makes it convenient and suitable for small home garden and market growers. Italian seed. Untreated seed.
