True Lavender is popular for its wonderful scent, fresh cut and dried. Shrubby-bushy perennial plant to zone 5 if protected, 2-2.5 feet tall, with numerous erect branches bearing spike-shaped inflorescences with blue/pale blue flowers. Beautiful as a specimen plant or low hedge. Make sure to plant in a well-drained area, especially in areas with humid weather. Commonly used in sachets and to ward away moths. Untreated seed.
