Runner Bean Seeds, Prizewinner

Prizewinner has beautiful violet-black specked beans with wonderfully ornamental blossoms on very vigorous vines and heavy crops. Flat pods 12" to 16" long, very flavorful when picked very young, also terrific grown out and dried for the beans. Beautiful and fascinating to grow, great to eat, and a big hit with children as they can almost see this bean grow. In fact, some associate runner beans with the story of 'Jack and the Beanstalk'.
