Technically a pumpkin, this is a terrific 'butternut' squash. Though shaped like a butternut it has a greenish grey exterior and sweet supple orange flesh. Grows larger than butternuts at 15 to 40 lbs on average. Not overly watery like some squash, and has a fine delicate flavor. Untreated seed.
