Black Magic is another Italian variety with nice dark green coloration and true Savoy leaves. Intended for spring harvest and into summer in most climates. Planted in late winter or spring. Tender, and flavorful. Best as a cool weather spinach, but still somewhat slow to bolt. Untreated seed.
