Pepper Seeds, Cayenne

Classic pepper produces thin, pointed, cylindrical fruit, green which becomes glossy red when ripe, and are fairly long, typical of the Italian strains. Flesh has a strong, hot flavor. Great fresh, but also dries well, retaining its distinctive shape and color. Hanging a cluster of dried peppers is a wonderful way to add some color to the kitchen, and to use later and add some zip to your favorite dish. Untreated seed.
