Heirloom onion first commercialized 1898 when planted in the Bermuda colony. The seed originated from the Canary Islands, and quickly established Bermuda as one of the largest onion growing regions with this sweet, flat onion. Great for green onions, also, as it produces nice, white, large scallions in just 30 days. Short day. Untreated seed.
