Pepper Seeds, Jalapeno Purple

The Purple Jalapeno pepper starts out purple instead of green skinned. When it reaches "Red Maturity" then is turns red like a regular Jalapeno. The Purple is a bit on the Black side, but the flavor is classic Jalapeno. Not super hot like Habaneros or other very spicy peppers, but just perfect for a spicy dish. The plants are of medium to high vigor and have no more pest problems than most other Chili peppers. Untreated seed.
