Authentic, wild arugula for adding that extra peppery flavor to salads. Much more pungent flavor and aroma than regular cultivated arugula, often used more as an herb than a green. A premium selection direct from Italy, rarely seen in the US, and considered superior to the domestic strains. Untreated seed.
