Northern Italian Celeriac known for consistent production of white skinned roots. Traditionally grown in more southern areas of Europe, but should do well in many Northern locations. Large smooth roots with white flesh and sweet flavor for stews and soups. Taste is suggestive of celery, very nice fried variety with overtones of parsley. Untreated seed.
