This wonderful white carrot is nearly coreless, with a nicely mild flavor. It is a large carrot at up to 12 inches, yet is also very suitable for baby carrot use. Although the roots remain under ground, the hips can show a bit of green, so you may want to hill up the soil around the plants as they grow. Untreated seed.
