Savoy Cabbage Seeds, January King 3
January King is the traditional British Savoy King of December/January harvest. It is slow growing and seeded in July-August for harvest in the winter in slightly more temperate areas and in Northern climes it is seeded in June-July. The picture barely gives a view of how pretty it is. It is very sweet partly because of the cold weather harvest and partly from the variety. The Savoying and mixed colors are particularly strong with cold weather. Try it for a new winter treat. Untreated seed.
