Wonderful variety for the specialty market grower, and great for the home gardener, too. This beet has tender flesh and good tolerance to bolting, so it can be sown early and can be used for the production of golf ball sized baby beet. If you harvest alternate roots as a baby crop, the remaining ones will have enough space to grow to full size. Untreated seed.
