Very pretty green for both baby and braising/cooking purposes. The Red and Green colors on the tops of the leaves are nicely mixed and add to the appeal. Extremely mild, yet definitely a mustard flavor. Tastes great in salads even for those that dislike the spicyness often associated with raw mustards. Also an excellent cooking green. Fast growing, likes cold to fairly warm temperatures. Untreated seed.
