This is the standard Italian heirloom used for sun-dried tomatoes, often packed dried in jars of olive oil. Huge crops on determinate vines with delectable fruit and an intense flavor. Traditionally the entire 'hand' or stem is cut from the vine and hung in pergola style structures, allowing the fruit to dry. Indeterminate. Untreated seed.
