A gourmet favorite in Europe for decades. The 8 inch long, tender, white root tapers from a 2 inch shoulder to a point. Delectably sweet when harvested after frost. Great in soups and stews. Sow in the spring into a well dug bed as you would rutabagas. Harvest and store as you would carrots. Untreated seed.
