Returns Policy

Please review your order promptly upon receipt for any errors, discrepancies, or questions. We will correct any errors on our part and guarantee your satisfaction.

We are not responsible for any seed/crop loss due to improper storage conditions, weather/climate conditions, or improper planting, or loss due to improper use or care of tools and supplies. Maturity, adaptability, and disease tolerance may vary under the widely different conditions that exist here in the US, let alone throughout the world. Our liability is limited in amount to the purchase price of the product and we shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, nor for any loss or injury due to improper usage. Any claim must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery (30 days).

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We make every attempt to ship within 2 business days after receipt of your order. For domestic (US) orders, most orders ship USPS Priority Mail, although we may use other services such as UPS Ground for bulky orders, based on our discretion.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. BE ADVISED THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES, REGULATIONS, OR RESTRICTIONS AND SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER. We generally will not accept international orders containing bulk seed of 500 grams or more.

If you have any special shipping needs, it is best to contact us before placing your order.

In the event of a backorder or discontinued item, we reserve the right to hold your order until complete, ship as is and ship the remaining items later, or substitute a similar item.
