Description

[TP10] This is a turnip grown primarily for the excellence of its 'greens' or leaf production. The high quality leaf of this 'rapa' is well suited to cooking. Translates as 'no head' as it does not quickly bolt or send up a bud stem like broccoli rabe (rapini). Terrific cooked green. UNTREATED.

Fantastic greens! These greens are delicious with no bitter bite. Extremely productive and slow to bolt. I harvest the older leaves and new leaves just keep coming. Grows fall, winter, and much of the spring. I usually have to pull them up to make room for other vegetables before they have gone to seed. A "must try" if you love greens.
