Fenugreek ORGANIC Seed For Sprouts

Fenugreek sprouts are high in protein (23%) and mineral salts (Ca, Fe, Mg, K, Na, P, Z). Because of their capacity to aid digestion, they are often consumed by themselves, as well as with other sprouts.
