Description

(Extra early with violet seed) Medium vigor Italian fava bean with an erect stalk. Hardy, this fava handles frost and cold and also adapts to poor soils. Straight, average length pods containing 6-7 dark green seeds which become violet when fully ripe (shown here in the fresh-use 'green' stage). Very early, suitable for warm climates and others with short cool weather seasons. Great fava flavor. UNTREATED
