This delightful heirloom tomato was first introduced around 1910. These vigorous plants produce an abundant crop of smooth, 7 ounce, deep red, flattened globes, all with that delicious, old fashioned, rich, acidic flavor. Does extremely well in dry semi-arid zones and hot climates, and tested well here in New Mexico. A good one to try for those in hot climates who have had difficulty with growing tomatoes. Determinate strain. UNTREATED.
