Marianna's is considered by many to be one of the finest overall tasting tomatoes available. It is thought to have originated in the region of old Czechoslovakia and then brought to America during the 2nd World War. Potato leaf Pink tomato producing moderate yields of 1-2 lb. beautiful beefsteaks. Dense, creamy, sweet flesh with rich complex of flavors. Indeterminate.

Surprised!
Seeds were slower to germinate than the rest and a lil tempermental as seedlings, BUT once they were in the ground they took off and produced beautiful healthy vines that are absolutely loaded with huge tomatoes. Nice pink flesh, firm and totally delish! We tried about 2 dozen heirlooms this year, and this one is a definite keeper!
