Bought these to combat shredding green limbs while pruning fruit trees. They are awesome and do not cause the fray that anvil type pruners cause. Heavy and appear to be well made. Great tools are such a pleasure!

I just started learning the art of pruning. These are very beautiful pruners. The best part I like is the fact they do not make my hand tired from squeezing the handles. I had to clean the blades after using them because some of the tree sap got on them. These pruners are the very first pair of pruners I have ever owned, therefore, I cannot compare them with other brands as far as the precision of cutting goes.
