Swiss Chard Perpetual Spinach

[VBI01] A cut and cut again Swiss Chard becoming very popular here in the U.S., just as it has been in Europe for many years. Grown mostly for the young leaf production, the name is derived from its similarity to fresh leaf spinach, and it is used much the same. The advantage to the chard, however, is that it is much less sensitive to heat than spinach, increasing your growing season and production potential. With care, you should get at least 2 to 3 cuttings off each crop. UNTREATED
