Description

Italian gourmet spicy-sweet rounded peppers. Pimiento style with red thick flesh. This is a very popular heirloom variety in Italy used the traditional way stuffed, but also great fresh or pickled. A close cousin to the Botinecka, and can be dried for a deeply colored paprika. UNTREATED
