Description
[VCI20] Tight headed green radicchio, similar in form and color to a small iceberg lettuce. Rarely seen here in the USA, but a popular chicory in Italy. Flavor is spicy and peppered but not over-powering. A fine selection chopped into any salad mix, but has enough substance to stand up to cooking, as well. UNTREATED.
