Cutting Celery da Taglio

[VSE01] This is a seasoning celery that does not produce an enlarged stalk. Da Taglio is even more aromatic and flavorful than regular celery. Cutting Celery can be a bit finicky to get started as germination takes an average of 8 to 12 days and seeds should be first soaked, but once transplanted into the garden, it is relatively easy to cultivate. In Europe, Da Taglio leaves and hollow stalks are used to flavor soups and stews. It may also be dried by hanging upside down in a well-ventilated area for later herbal use.
