The folks here at Gourmet Seed really did some great customer service once they know one of my first starter boxes was flawed. They called and set out a new cover right away and I have it installed already. Thanks again!

I received my order in a due fashion and it was correct. I found the Windowbox grow seed starter kits great. I only had one issue. One of the clear covers fit like a glove and works great. The second one was distorted in the plastic pressing process. It was severely bowed inwards. When I sent to put it on it cracked and does not have a good seal. So, One was great and the other was was a disappointment. ED: Customer Service contacted customer and arranged for replacement lid to be sent.
