TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK

This is a terrific collection of 3 very distinctively different olive oils, all originating from Umbria, Italy. Each has a flavor that complements a different range of sprouts, and are also excellent used with salads and microgreens. We found the flavors fun to experiment with, and great with our favorite balsamic vinegar and freshly baked bread. Packed in a beautiful box, great as a gift, or for shop owners to display. Certified Organic.

Specifications
  • One box of three bottles, one each of Suave, Moderatum, and Robustum, 250ml ea (750ml/25.35fl oz total)
  • Certified Organic pure extra virgin olive oils selected for their unique flavors
  • Certified both USDA and Italy Agriculture
  • Product of Italy by Bavicchi
  • Suave, 'Gently Delicate', with a light and sweet aromatic tinge.
  • Moderatum, 'Harmonious and Balanced', fragrant, slightly spicy and just a touch bitter.
  • Robustum, 'Intensely Fruity', most intense sent and flavor, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Vivacious with a mildly bitter aftertaste.
