Pepper Santaka

This very popular Japanese pepper is a favorite for stir fries and soups. A bit smaller at 2 inches long, yet quite hot and full of flavor. The fruit are held upright on the plant, providing a nice ornamental quality on small plants, and when the color begins to turn to red it puts on quite a show. Suitable for container growing. Peppers are equally good used fresh or hung and dried for later use. UNTREATED.
