Description

"Hon-Tsai-Tai" type, with red purple stems and green leaves that look as beautiful as they are tasty. This is a fast-growing edible rape and matures earlier than that its name implies. Plants can be harvested in 30 days after sowing for the spring-summer crop and 45-50 days for the fall-winter crop. Harvest young leaves and stems with flower buds for stir-fry and soup uses. UNTREATED

This is a great company, the seeds arrived fast, all are very well packaged and the ones I already tried have a high germination rate.
