Our mushroom spawn is brought in from the highest quality stock of Europe where mushrooms are more than a mere hobby. All of our packages are 100 grams of pure spore on inert carrier seed. All packaging is hermetically sealed for proper protection and ensured quality. Select European strain of the famous 'oyster' mushroom, with large, ruffled production. Greyish white 'trumpets' are highly prized in the specialty markets and favored by chefs worldwide. Delicious, protein-rich oyster mushrooms are great for chowder and stir-fries. 100 grams - $10.95

Also known as the 'King Trumpet'. This mushroom can be found in the wild growing on the buried roots of hardwood trees. This stout, thickly fleshed mushroom is very popular in Europe and Japan. It may grow quite large, up to 7 inches long but is generally harvested at a smaller size. It is the only Oyster species that ships well and has an extended shelf-life. 100 grams - $10.95
