Siberian kales differ from the more common Scotch kales in that the foliage is a bluish-green in color and their leaves are less curled. A dwarf type. Originally from central Russia, Thomas Jefferson commonly included Siberian kale in his kitchen garden at Monticello. A very cold hardy kale that is perfect for northern growers. Untreated seed.
