"...I appreciate your professional customer service. In this time we find too much customer service without sense, without human feelings, like robots answering us like a machine. Not in your case. "Hello folks,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for an order I placed last month. When I first viewed your catalog, I was completely bowled over by the range of vegetables listed, especially those Italian and German varieties I had never seen. It was actually difficult to limit my selections because I wanted to order everything. The prices were reasonable, shipping was prompt, and I was very impressed by the generous size of the seed packets. Add to that, you provided some very useful gardening links on your website. You're the best! Count on me as a repeat customer.
Thanks,
B...Peoria, June 2007"
"What a great website. I'm glad you are out there. It's a little late this year, but next year you folks are going to get in my back pocket for a chunk of change. Everything about your site is WONDERFUL!!!!! I don't think that I will have to go to any other site to buy everything I need for next season. Blessings, J...July 2007"
"...I live in Detroit...I am amazed at your selections of vegetable varieties. I tried every variety and was surprised at the success I had with germination as well as growth. My latest trial is the Balong variety. I must compliment you guys and your company. This is the finest tasting baby bean variety I have ever had. The smooth flavor of the pods were most satisfying to the taste buds. Also a true mild and enjoyable bean flavor. Nothing at all like the traditional American types.
I searched for over twenty years for this flavor of bean, I mean, I must have grown over twenty types from the big runner beans to the small baby bean type. But yours is the BEST, simple as that. I just started harvesting my first beans, these plants do extremely well in low moisture conditions. We have not had much rain at all this year. But I'm one step ahead of mother nature. I supplemented the soil before planting this year with generous amounts of home grown/harvested worm castings. I also supplemented with a ample supply of a combination of organic fertilizers. Primarily the Bio-Bizz line of organic products.
Even though we have not had much rain, I'm still seeing a great taste in your varieties of vegetables. I can't imagne the sweet tastes they must give with normal rain falls...Gary, Detroit MI, July 2007"
"I was surprised in a couple of days when I received delivery. First, it was really fast...I was expecting at least a couple of weeks. Second, they are packaged for upwards to the 2008 season...I didn't expect to be planting them all this season, and was concerned about them being usable next year...no longer.
I am experimenting with doing a pumpkin patch this year and have items for sale. The seeds I purchased from the rack at the local grocery store didn't do well and needed to be filled in. No one in town has seeds anymore! I will now have a very good selection of types, thanks to you!
I will definitely order from you again...David, July 2007"
