(40 days) A very popular Japanese turnip with tender, smooth, white flesh and good flavor. Harvest in 40 days or when roots reach 4"-5" diameter. Use in soup, salad, pickled or stir-fry. Oriental turnips are mainly eaten when very young. They can be eaten raw with a dressing or added to stews and curries.
