Gourmet Seed International accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. All Seed and Supplies are shipped promptly as ordered and are subject to availability.
You will find we offer a safe and secure online shopping system, but for those who may want to mail or fax in your order, you can also use the online shopping system. Simply choose the Mail/Fax option on the shopping cart to create a printable order form. Fax orders can accepted with credit/debit card information only. If you wish to order by phone or have any questions, we can be reached during our regular office hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. The normal domestic shipping method for the USA only is via USPS Priority Mail, with UPS Ground and USPS First Class used in some situations, as is best determined by us. If you have a PO Box, be sure to also include your physical address in your shipping information, so that your order is not delayed should we need to ship via UPS Ground. There is a $4.95 handling charge on all domestic orders, and the shipping charge is computed as 5% of your order total.
There is an express shipping option available on checkout for 2nd day shipping via USPS Express Mail or UPS 2 Day Air for an additional charge of $24.95. Please be sure to check with the postal service (www.usps.com) for the actual service standards for your area before taking this option, as not all areas of the USA have next day service guaranteed. Express Shipping is not available for produce bags and other bulky items. Keep in mind, also, that orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Refund Policy..............
We refund unopened packets of seed returned within 30 days. As for seed with apparent poor germination please contact us immediately (within 30 days of purchase) by email, fax or phone and we will replace any found not to be of sufficient quality. Our guarantee allows you to replace any product you deem unfit within reason 30 days from delivery as long as the product has not been damaged, opened or used.
Refunds will be made according to your payment method. If you made a payment via Paypal with your credit card, your Paypal account, NOT YOUR CREDIT CARD, will be credited. It is the responsibility of you to transfer the funds from your paypal account back to your credit card or wherever if you wish so. Please make sure all your information is correct so that check or money orders refund as well as your purchases are sent to the proper address.
Overseas & Bulk Seed Orders.............
All orders placed for shipping outside of the USA will be handled as an international order. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES, RESTRICTIONS, AND REGULATIONS. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER. Also, we can only accept smaller orders for packets of seed for international shipment, as large orders and orders including bulk seed usually require extra paperwork and fees.
We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail International. All international orders will be charged a $14.95 handling fee and the shipping charges will be computed as 20% (Canada) or 30% (all other International) of your order total.
There is an express shipping option available at checkout for an upgrade to USPS Express Mail International shipping for an additional $24.95.
If your country does not come up as a valid entry when placing your order, it is because we currently do not provide service to your country.

Nor shall Gourmet Seed international be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort. Claims for defects in Gourmet Seed International products must be presented to Gourmet Seed International as soon as practible, and in event, within 30 days of discovery.
